VTT-FAB is proud to present the finest V-Band heat sinks available on the market. These heat sinks are designed to enhance your welding experience by efficiently dissipating heat away from the V-band flange, thereby minimizing or eliminating warping and pulling.
Crafted from 100% billet-machined 6061-T6 aluminum, these V-bands feature precisely machined fins that facilitate rapid heat release. Additionally, they are equipped with dual 1/8" NPT ports on both the top and bottom, with the interior port incorporating a built-in diffuser to ensure optimal gas flow during back purging.
Our V-Band heat sinks are available in a range of sizes, including 2", 3.5", 3", and 4", as well as various types to accommodate different V-bands.
