EFR-7163 Turboupgrade 1.8T Kit Quattro transverse engines

Perfect Turbokit for Audi S3 8L and TT 225HP 8N

Complete kit including EFR turbocharger

Note: For max. performance you need the High Boost internal wastegate actuator.
The return flange Dash 10 for the oil pan may have to be machined on certain 1.8T engines (a small chamfer is needed) only then the flange is 100% in contact.

The kit includes anything needed to fit the EFR-7163 to the 1.8T engine. The EFR-7163 is rated up to 400H.P Additional information regarding the turbocharger and its unique features can be found here. .

The kit is made up of premium components only. Oil lines and even water lines are made of stainless steel braided Teflon hoses with pressed fittings for perfect fit and look. The intake is composed of a premium silicone hose. The water lines to the heat exchanger are replaced as well. both made of black silicone. The downpipe is equipped with two lambda sensor bungs and on block-off ca.P As exhaust manifold we chose the top model from our product line-up. made of cast alloy with tipped collector for optimum performance.

The kit includes a pictured manual for easy and comprehensive installation. Of course our technical staff is available for questions regarding the installation at any time.

Advice regarding periphery:
We deliberately did not include external components to the kit which are in most cases already installed. Someone may have had a Garrett setup or similar. someone else may already have an intercooler or exhaust system installed. Nevertheless these components can be purchased in our shop separately.

The kit includes:
-top-mount exhaust manifold
-BorgWarner EFR modified and customized to fit the kit
-stainless steel braided Teflon oil and water lines with heat protective sleeves
-intake with required ports (e. g. crank case ventilation)
-pressure pipe to stock intercooler ducting
-3" downpipe including 2 Lambda sensor bungs and one block-off cap (no catalyst. optionally available)
-customized water hoses to radiator
-installation instructions. small parts. heat protection material

Optionally we offer and suggest:
-100 cpsi motorsports catalys
-RS4 airflow meter (optionally in stock air filter box)
-fuel supply (injectors and pump)
-front mount intercooler with piping
-engine internals (rods. head gasket. pistons. clutch. flywheel)
-cylinder head porting or normally aspirated engine cylinder head (modified exhaust valves. valve springs and camshaft)
-stiffer engine mounts (at least engine torque damper)

Advice regarding applications:

Currently the kit is made to fit Audi TT 8N Quattro or Audi S3 8L. Exact fit to other engines cannot be guaranteed yet. We welcome customers who fit this kit to other similar VAG engines and offer free support and customization of parts which do not fit.
