For a long time there were only cheap cast iron solutions with much too much height and poor quality. The TurboZentrum has now produced the flattest and highest quality stainless steel adapter flange from T3 manifold flange to T25 flange on a turbine housing. Developed and manufactured by our TurboZentrum tech guys.

The flange is used to mount a turbocharger with a T25 turbine housing inlet flange to a T3 turbo manifold. This makes it very popular for old Lancia Integrale (Delta) models. or Ford Escort Cosworth or BMW 2002 TI (Turbo). where the turbochargers are no longer produced and therefore no longer available.

The adapter flange is CNC-mashined from high-quality stainless steel and consists of two flange plates. These are self-sealing thanks to the spring/groove principle. Also in the inside of the flanges. attention was paid to a smooth transition (see pictures). The T25 to T3 adapter flange comes with mounting material.

The TurboZentrum offers a wide range of turbo flanges. whether manifold. turbocharger or downpipe. We also supply pipe bends and headers for the construction of turbo manifolds. All flanges are water-jet cut or CNC milled in order not to warp during the cutting process. As well as 100% flat and high quality. We select the material thickness from experience in the optimal thickness.
